Delivery Information

Thank you for choosing BSP for your clothing and footwear  needs. We offer fast and reliable delivery services to ensure that your clothes or shoes reach you as quickly as possible.

Delivery times

For orders within Nairobi, we offer same-day delivery. For orders outside Nairobi but within Kenya, we offer next-day delivery. Orders are dispatched daily at 4PM. Please note that delivery times may be longer for orders placed on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery fees

We charge delivery depending on ones location within Nairobi. For orders outside Nairobi but within Kenya, a delivery fee of KES 300 will apply.

Delivery process

Once you place an order on our website, you will receive an order confirmation email with the details of your order. We will then process your order and prepare it for delivery.

For orders within Nairobi, our delivery team will contact you to arrange for delivery on the same day. For orders outside Nairobi but within Kenya, we use third party courier service to deliver your shoes to you within 24 hours.

Tracking your delivery

For orders outside Nairobi but within Kenya, we will provide you with a tracking number once your clothes or shoeshave been shipped. You can use this tracking number to track the status of your delivery on the courier service’s website.

Delivery address

Please ensure that you provide a valid delivery address when placing your order. We are not responsible for any delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses.

Delivery confirmation

Once your items have been delivered, you will receive a delivery confirmation email. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the shoes at the delivery address.
