  • We offer a 72 hr.  return policy from the date of delivery.

  • The shoes must be in their original packaging and in new, unworn condition.

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the return back to us.

  • If the return is approved, you can exchange with a different pair of similar value or top up for a pair of higher value.

  • We offer a 72-Hr exchange policy from the date of delivery.

  • The shoes must be in their original packaging and in new, unworn condition.

  • Exchange per Receipt is done ONCE.

  • If the return is approved, you can exchange with a different pair of similar value or top up for a pair of higher value.

Generally speaking, a Refund Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for asking for a refund; will the refund be full or partial; under which conditions will the customer receive a refund; and much, much more.
